Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced FOH Restaurant Manager to join our team! As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the front of the house operations and the consistent delivery of our service. You will hire, train, and lead staff, ensuring they reflect Mulberry Street's high standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience managing a successful staff and a proven track record of restaurant management.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Hire, train, and manage employees
Oversee FOH operations, coordinates with BOH
Implement procedures to ensure best quality of service to the guests
Lead team in providing exceptional customer service
Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations
Develop and coordinate marketing efforts and community events
Work closely with guests in planning their menus and managing their events
Design, maintain, and implement an effective comprehensive social media campaign
Administrate office functions such as; accounts payable, payroll, corporate billing and vendor management
Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED
Previous restaurant management experience
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, restaurant management software, and POS software
Ability to work effectively under fast paced pressure
Excellent management and leadership skills
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
