FOH Shift Lead We are looking for an experienced restauranteur to join our team! You will be helping to create exceptional experiences for our guests by assisting in all positions front of the house related. You will oversee all aspects of our guest facing operations, including supervising the waitstaff, hosts, expo, and bar staff ensuring smooth service while maintaining high guest satisfaction standards. Enjoy your day, shift starts late afternoon, home in time for a good night's sleep.
Responsibilities:
Ensure guests receive a warm welcome and attentive service throughout their experience
Manage reservations and seating arrangements
Respond to guest complaints and promptly resolve issues
Monitor guest satisfaction and implement improvements as needed
Oversee daily cleanliness of dining rooms and bar
Assist in FOH positions when needed - host, bar, and expo
Maintain a working knowledge of food and drink menu items, promotions, ingredients, and prep time
Attend all scheduled employee meetings and trainings and offer suggestions for improvement
Qualifications:
3-5 years restaurant experience required
Ability to walk and carry food trays
Ability to effectively listen to and respond to guest requests
Able to communicate effectively with all departments
Must have courteous and professional demeanor
Ability to multitask efficiently
Able to operate a point-of-sale system
Basic knowledge of service procedures with a focus on true hospitality
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of restaurant operations and procedures
Ability to work evenings and weekends, Sundays are a must
