At CARSAN, we are looking for an Electrical Foreman with 2-4 years of experience in residential, industrial, and commercial electrical engineering projects to perform the following functions.

Supervise the installation and maintenance of electrical systems, including electrical lines, construction projects, fixtures, and switches.

Supervise the operational staff of the assigned project.

Direct other electricians in the execution of large and small projects.

Supervise the execution times and the quality of the work performed.

Ensure that the work performed meets manufacturers' requirements, as well as appropriate environmental standards of the state.

Work independently and supervise a work site and the work of others.

Interact with clients, suppliers, and other employees professionally.

Work safely considering one's own safety, that of colleagues, and that of the public.

Direct and perform connections of low-voltage electrical appliances such as switches, outlets, luminaires, and others.

Direct and install electrical conduits such as pipes, cable trays, and others.

Direct and wire service entrances, feeders to panels, and branch circuits.

Interpret electrical and communications blueprints.

Direct and install and connect electrical panels in technical rooms.

Direct and connect cells in medium-voltage substations.

Direct and install wiring for communication and security systems.

Direct and perform the operation and maintenance of electric motors and control equipment.

Objective

Give instructions to the assigned work team (Journeyman and Apprentice) regarding their routine tasks and ensure their proper execution according to the planning.
