    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
    • 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, with proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
    • Experience working on M&A deals, acquisitions, or related financial transactions is a plus.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
    • A proactive mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
    • Ability to work in cycles and manage high volumes of work during peak periods.

    Position Overview:

    The FP&A Director at Core Holdings will play a critical role in driving the financial success of the company. You will manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes, provide strategic insights based on financial data, and guide multi-disciplinary teams on key strategic initiatives. You will collaborate closely with our Risk Manager to mitigate risk across the organization, and participate in special projects such as M&A projects and valuations of companies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Budgeting – Lead the annual budgeting process, working across departments to ensure alignment with the company's goals.
    2. Forecasting – Own the monthly and quarterly forecasting processes, adjusting forecasts based on changing business conditions.
    3. Reporting – Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting to management and key stakeholders, ensuring compliance with all timelines.
    4. Strategic Analysis & Interpretation – Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights that inform leadership decisions and support the company's strategic goals.
    5. Recommendations & Cascading Actions – Provide recommendations based on financial analysis and ensure that critical actions are effectively communicated and implemented across teams.
    6. Special Projects – Participate in high-impact projects, including new acquisition and valuation analyses, and play an active role in M&A deal streams.
    7. Risk Management Collaboration – Work closely with the Risk Manager to identify areas of cost overruns, inefficiencies, and opportunities for risk optimization across the company.
    8. Team Support – May manage or work with a financial analyst to support the FP&A function during peak cycles or special projects.
