This is a critical role responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis that will provide key insights across the business. The position reports directly to the CFO and offers visibility to senior leadership, including the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the full budgeting and forecasting processes for multiple entities

• Develop and deliver financial models, reports, and scenario analyses

• Partner with business leaders to understand trends, risks, and opportunities

• Prepare presentations and insights for executive review

• Leverage Adaptive Planning to streamline reporting and support business decision-making

• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis as needed to support strategic initiatives

• Collaborate with accounting during close cycles and help bridge FP&A with GL

• Participate in the implementation of new ERP systems (transitioning from Great Plains to Acumatica)

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis roles

• Strong working knowledge of Adaptive Planning is highly preferred

• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting

• Prior exposure to ERP systems (Great Plains and/or Acumatica a plus)

• Ability to work independently but also collaborate across teams

• High attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
