    Job Summary

    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated FP&A Manager to join our dynamic team at M-Tech Systems. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in financial planning, analysis and general business analysis, ensuring the company's financial health and supporting strategic decision-making processes. The candidate will also work with developing the company’s financial processes to improve processes and better leverage our current tools to support a fast-growing digital business.

    Essential Functions & Responsibilities

    Essential responsibilities include and functions of the FP&A Manager are:

    • Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
    • Responsible for all financial reporting.
    • Analyze financial performance and provide insights into management for informed decision-making.
    • Monitor and report on key financial SaaS and project metrics, identifying trends, and variances.
    • Prepare and present financial reports and operational performance updates to senior management and stakeholders.
    • Drive the extended use of financial systems and develop processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
    • Provide finance guidance and training to explain and educate non-financial employees (e.g. key performance indicators and financial objectives)
    • Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as required.

    Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus
    • Proven experience as an FP&A Manager or similar role
    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and processes; prior experience as a CA
    • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
    • Strong communication and presentation skills
    • Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.

    Preferred Skills

    • Experience with ERP systems and financial software, including group consolidation systems
    • Advanced skills in data analysis using MS Excel
    • Experience in a SaaS company and/or software project implementation environment
    • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
    • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment.
