    Our client is a PE-backed organization in the tech space and they are seeking a highly motivated and experienced FP&A Analyst. This role is integral to the growing finance team, focusing on customizing and enhancing the financial reporting package and developing forecasting capabilities. The position starts on a contract basis with the potential for full-time conversion.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Customize and enhance the existing financial reporting package to allow data slicing across four different products.
    • Develop and implement a 12-month forecasting model.
    • Work closely with the CFO and Controller to support financial planning and analysis activities.
    • Assist in the integration of newly acquired companies and the optimization of financial processes.
    • Utilize Excel for large-scale financial projects and reporting.
    • Collaborate with the team to improve overall financial reporting and forecasting functions.
    • Support the financial aspects of M&A transactions, with 1-2 transactions expected annually.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
    • CPA qualification highly desirable.
    • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, particularly in project-based roles.
    • Strong proficiency in Excel; experience with Netsuite is beneficial.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
