Position: Assistant Manager Location: Manteca, CA French Camp RV Park
Responsibilities:
Customer Service Excellence: Ensure a positive experience for our guests by providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
Operational Support: Assist in the day-to-day operations of the RV park, including reservations management, check-ins/check-outs, and facility maintenance.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the RV Park Manager and other staff members to foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Guest Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with our guests, addressing their needs and ensuring a memorable stay.
Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties such as record-keeping, inventory management, and financial transactions.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure the RV park complies with all regulations and safety standards, conducting regular inspections and addressing any issues promptly.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in hospitality or RV park management preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with reservation software and basic accounting using QuickBooks.
Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Requirements:
This position requires to live on-site (housing provided)
Valid Driver’s License and vehicle insurance
Ability to work a flexible schedule during Office Hours of Monday to Friday 8am – 4:30pm, Saturday and Sunday 8am-4pm, & Park Facility Close-Up Hours of 9:00-9:30pm
