    we'd love to talk with you about our FRONT COUNTER ACCOUNT COORDINATOR position!

    We currently have a open position that includes a five day per week schedule which will include shifts at our West Allis, Delafield, and Oak Creek stores.

    Full-time schedules include weekdays and weekends, but there are no late nights as we close by 7pm during the week and even earlier on the weekends! Schedules include hours between: Mon-Fri 10:30am - 7:00pm, Saturday 9:30am-6:00pm, Sunday, 10:30am-5:00pm

    ESSENTIAL TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    In-person customer service

    Process and post customer payments including finance applications

    Office administrative functions including but not limited to; typing, filing, scanning, copying, answering phone

    Call customers to schedule delivery and pick up

    Assist Customer Solutions department with call overflow

    Data entry and inventory management

    Work and communicate with a team as well as independently

    Ensure counter and showroom computer stations are neatly organized, clean, and equipped with all necessary supplies

    Multi-task and prioritize while maintaining exceptional accuracy

    Tasks involve sitting, standing, and walking throughout the showroom floor

    Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned by supervisor or management

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    High School diploma preferred

    Excellent communication skills

    Basic typing and office administrative skills

    Keen attention to detail

    Proficient in Microsoft Office

    Available to work daytime, holiday, and evening hours including weekends
