Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for Sales and Customer Service Specilist at Stretch Zone in Annapolis, MD. The role involves assisting clients with booking stretching sessions, promoting and selling memberships, providing excellent customer service, and participating in training and store activities.

Qualifications

Communication and Customer Service skills

Sales and Sales Management skills

Training experience or willingness to learn

Ability to effectively interact with clients

Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Previous experience in a customer-facing role is beneficial

Interest in health, wellness, and fitness is a plus
