About the Role:

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for in home care services. We have Full time day shift hours available. We are looking for a caregiver with around a 7am -7pm availability. We do everything from basic companionship to hands on personal cares. Premium Short Shift Pay: We offer a variety of shift Lengths ranging from 1 hour to 12 hours. Our 1-hour shifts get paid at $30 per hour and hour 2-hour shifts get paid at $22.50 an hour. Any shift 3 hours or longer is paid at a base rate between $19-$22 based on experience.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and grooming

Provide compassionate and reliable care

Monitor and report changes in client's health status

Assist with medication reminders

Support clients with light housekeeping and meal preparation

Act as a member of the Care coordination team to communication with the RN Case Manager to update the plan of care

Requirements:

Active CNA certification

Experience in home care or long-term care setting

Compassionate and patient demeanor

Reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license with Auto Insurance.

Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members

Experience providing care to clients in a hands-on environment (Home Health, Assisted Living, Group Home, Hospital Setting)
