Job Summary:
We seek a dedicated and reliable Full-Time Housekeeper/Laundry Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in guest rooms and common areas and managing the laundry operations for linens and towels. The successful candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Housekeeping Duties:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks in guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors; clean windows, mirrors, and other surfaces.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and ensure all guest amenities are stocked and replenished.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are used properly and efficiently, and report any maintenance issues to management.
- Adhere to safety and sanitation standards to maintain a safe and hygienic environment for guests and staff.

Laundry Duties:
- Operate washers and dryers according to instructions and safety protocols.
- Sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute linens and towels, ensuring high-quality cleanliness and presentation.
- Maintain inventory of laundry supplies and notify management when stock is low.
- Perform regular maintenance on laundry equipment as needed, reporting any malfunctions to management.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or laundry services preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting and bending.
