Responsibilities
As a Full Desk HR Recruiter, you’ll apply your recruitment and business development expertise helping place the right candidates at the right organizations. As someone with demonstrated sales success, you’ll also continue establishing new client relationships and negotiating terms.
- Establish new client relationships over the phone, virtually, and in-person
- Identify and prospect new clients, managing information and follow-up on a CRM
- Consult clients on hiring trends and relevant industry insights
- Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.
- Screen candidates over the phone and send qualified talent to companies
- Coordinate and manage interview processes through offer negotiation
Qualifications
2+ years of 360 Direct Hire recruitment within HR, Accounting & Finance or technology along with a positive attitude, we’d love to speak. Here are a few other qualifications we assess throughout the interview process:

- Annual Base Salary starting at $65,000 + Commission (OTE $100K+)
