    Hiring a Full Time and Part Time Physical Therapist October 2024 5 days per week, no weekends or holidays.

    Opening for a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient Physical Therapy team in North Andover, MA.

    This position is in a specialized outpatient Physical Therapy clinic servicing youth to adults specializing in the treatment of balance disorders and Dizziness.

    We are seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to perform Initial Evaluations, Reevaluations, and daily follow-up treatments and work with the rest of the clinical and administrative staff.

    State of the art equipment includes world class ceiling mounted railing system, computerized dynamic posturography and proprietary wellness exam technology.

    Robust professional education is provided in addition to peer mentorship.

    Job Title: Physical Therapist

    Reports To: Clinical Manager

    Summary: Administers physical therapy Evaluations and treatments to patients by performing the following duties.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    Provides patient care in accordance with established protocols and patient care guidelines.

    Responsible for timely documentation, including but not limited to Initial Evaluations, Reevaluations, daily notes, progress reports, discharge summaries, and incident reports.

    Responsible for assuring that patients are treated promptly in accordance with their scheduled appointments.

    Responsible for the provision of comprehensive patient care.

    Confers with members of physical therapy staff and other health team members to exchange, discuss, and evaluate patient information for planning, modifying, and coordinating treatment programs.

    Directs and gives instructions to Physical Therapist Assistants.

    Performs clerical duties such as taking inventory, ordering supplies, answering telephone calls, taking messages, and filling out forms for insurance authorizations.

    Complies with State and Licensing board regulations.
