    Operations

    Cleans and stocks all areas daily, including restrooms, fitness center, guest laundry, elevators, and pool. Shovels snow in winter and controls weeds and garbage in summer. Set up and break down meetings.

    Handles guest requests, such as delivering items to guest rooms, providing information about hotel amenities, assisting with luggage, and ensuring guest satisfaction by promptly addressing any additional needs or concerns.

    Shuttles guests between the hotel and the airport, ensuring timely and safe transportation.

    Minimum Qualifications

    Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds (lifting above the shoulder is also required).

    Help with snow removal

    Must be able to relate well to hotel guests and co-workers.

    Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

    Performance Expectations

    Responds promptly to guests’ needs with an interest and concern in satisfying every guest.

    Ensures guests and associates are satisfied with public area and exterior cleanliness.

    Ensures the hotel provides a welcoming experience through a clean and well-maintained property.
