    Position Overview:

    This role will require multi-state travel. Working independently, the Facilities Coordinator will oversee various maintenance tasks, including carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and automotive shop equipment at assigned facilities. This role is integral to maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of the Facilities Department and requires general knowledge in multiple trades. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

    Responsibilities · Assist the Facilities team in all aspects of managing multiple automotive shops. · Receive all shops requests, assure they are documented into the CMMS, and dispatch all requests to the necessary vendor. · Work with vendors to maintain shop satisfaction concerning requests and document progress in the CMMS. · Manage the CMMS and keep the system up to date. · Assist in preparing monthly reports. · Maintain current and complete certificates of insurance for all vendors in electronic files. · Perform all general office duties including answering telephones, upkeep of equipment, and ordering supplies. · Be available for company and team meetings as required. · Handle other duties as assigned.

    Requirements · Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook · Professional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills · Excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills · Strong organizational, data collection, validation, and auditing skills · Team-oriented mindset; willingness to work with a diverse set of service lines and colleagues · Keen eye for detail; ability to check behind yourself and edit, self-correct, and keep company best practices front and center · Ability to multitask and work efficiently with tight deadlines · Engaging attitude, flexible nature, and willingness to problem-solve · Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks · Strong time management skills · Valid driver's license-required

    Qualifications: · High School diploma or GED required. · Knowledge of building construction, facility operations, and maintenance a plus. · Proficiency in the use of trade tools and equipment a plus.
