Responsibilities: • Coordinate with external vendors for repairs and services • Guide contractors and stakeholders to the best resolution on every work order • Collaborate with internal team to drive company growth • Travel to managed facilities to perform inspections and audits of vendors • Proactively source contractors and service providers • Dispatch work orders to the appropriate vendor • Document notes and data into Protech’s software • On a rotating schedule, be on-call for work orders Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in maintenance operations • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite • Strong recruiting skills • Excellent organizational and time management abilities • US work authorization • Must live locally to Charleston, SC • Determination and grit Compensation: $52,000 - $57,500
