Facilities Engineer - Private Estate - Base Salary to 95k/year - Naples, FL

• Our client is a private estate in the Naples area that is looking for a Facilities Engineer. This is a great opportunity for a facilities professional that is looking to be the main point of contact for the property. The Facilities Engineer will be very hands on and is involved in all aspects of the property. The perfect candidate will have some trades background, dealings with a large pool and management traits.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records on preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Perform advanced maintenance, preventative maintenance, inspections, and emergency repairs
• Takeover jobs that exceed the Associates time, scope or abilities.
• Adhere to safety, security, and emergency procedures, react appropriately during emergency situations, and act promptly to correct hazards.
• Adhere to security procedures concerning the handling of main house, security of boiler and electrical rooms and other engineering areas, proper storage of all chemicals, etc.
• Listen to and promptly act to resolve problems and complaints with a strong emphasis on customer service.
• Have advanced experience troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems and plumbing systems, including drain line clearing.
• Have advanced carpentry skills.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in construction, trades or maintenance of a commercial property
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing or mechanical systems
• Management or abilities to thoroughly work with vendors and contractors

Compensation:

• Base salary in the 75k - 100k/year range (flexible dependent on experience)
