Mountain View Pain Center is looking for a full-time Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. We are looking for a candidate who is dependable, responsible, and has a great attitude.
Position Summary:
This role will participate in include coordinating and participating in the receipt, storage, loading and unloading, delivery, and inventory of supplies, equipment, and mail. Ensuring that quantity, condition, and quality of orders are correct, maintaining an organized warehouse layout and ensuring company vehicles are operable, safe and properly maintained.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Drives company owned vehicles for the purpose of transporting supplies to designated sites
Ensures delivery vehicle is properly and safely loaded and secured
Conduct physical inventories to verify stock levels and identify losses
Prepares deliveries by pulling from warehouse stock levels
Receive and log incoming inventory supply orders
Ensure quantity and quality of orders are correct
Unloads items for use at each clinic
Maintains various files and records for the purpose of documenting activities and chain of command
Assists with general maintenance and handyman duties, such as hanging pictures, basic troubleshooting and repair of appliances, etc.
Minimum Experience & Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to adhere to commonly accepted safety practices
Proficiency with preparing and maintaining accurate records
Comfortable with computers and a variety of software programs
Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
Independent worker and ability to work on a team
Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
Please note: Applicants must be able to commute to multiple work locations as needed. A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation are required.
