As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team and help maintain our high standards of operation across all locations.

    Job Summary:

    The Facilities Maintenance Technician will ensure the optimal functionality of all mechanical systems within our venues. This role requires a proactive individual with experience in plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and refrigeration. The ideal candidate will be skilled in troubleshooting, performing preventive maintenance, and executing repairs to ensure a safe and inviting environment for our guests and staff.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Perform regular inspections and maintenance of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and refrigeration systems across multiple locations to ensure they operate efficiently and safely.

    - Troubleshoot and repair issues related to plumbing fixtures, electrical wiring, heating and cooling systems, refrigeration units and general maintenance items.

    - Conduct routine preventive maintenance checks and maintain accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed at each location.

    - Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies at various venues, addressing issues in a timely and efficient manner.

    - Collaborate with management to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

    - Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations, including maintaining a clean and organized work environment at each location.

    - Maintain an inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies at each venue and order materials as needed.

    - Stay informed about new technologies and methods in facility maintenance, relevant to the restaurant and entertainment industry.

    Qualifications:

    - High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or refrigeration preferred.

    - Proven experience in facilities maintenance, particularly in a restaurant, bar, or entertainment venue setting.

    - Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, electrical wiring, HVAC, and refrigeration mechanics.

    - Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.

    - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

    - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

    - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; willingness to travel between locations in the Birmingham area.

    Physical Requirements:

    - Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 50 pounds).

    - Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work in various physical positions for extended periods.

    - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and responding to urgent maintenance needs.
