This role will primarily support corporate centers and assist franchise centers within the designated geography. Key Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance tasks, including painting, light plumbing and electrical, fence repair, building/assembling classroom furniture and project installations, light fixture replacements and pressure cleaning.
Maintain and facilitate repairs to structural components, such as doors, hardware, cabinetry, drywall, and ceilings.
Ensure centers meet Brand Standards in overall appearance.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Identify cost-effective repair solutions.
Operate and maintain a company-provided maintenance vehicle, ensuring regular service per mileage and manufacturer guidelines.
Assist with the setup and breakdown of events and activities as needed.
Coordinate and purchase supplies and materials necessary to complete work orders.
Maintain TLE storage facilities and transport materials and supplies to and from storage facilities, as necessary.
Additional Information:
A company van and all necessary materials will be provided for job-related duties.
Some weekend or after-hours work may be required for emergency responses.
Employment in this role is contingent upon passing a background check.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, including experience changing light bulbs and ballasts.
Certificate of training in a technical program or school.
Skilled in using power tools, small hand tools, trimmers, sprayers, and pressure washers.
Working knowledge of building structures and systems.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to varying demands.
Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
Valid driver's license
Flexibility for night and weekend work as needed.
Proficiency with technology and software for maintenance, tracking, and communication.
