Job Description:

The Facilities Manager is responsible for keeping the offices and warehouse areas neat and organized. Their main duties include inventory, maintenance of equipment, sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors, and sanitizing bathrooms, kitchens or other public areas. Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, warehouse, and office areas, as needed.

Responsibilities:

Inventory of materials and supplies within the warehouse

Inventory and load work vehicles with equipment, products, and supplies

Maintain a clean and organized vehicle fleet and clean equipment appearance

Aid with miscellaneous warehouse tasks

Qualifications:

Proficiency with repair tools and techniques

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to speak with all levels of employees, guests, vendors and team members

Great time management, organization and prioritization abilities

Keen attention to detail and efficient problem-solving skills

Ability to lift heavy equipment and comfortable standing or walking for long periods of time

Physical and Work Environment Requirements:

Must have a drivers license

Exposure to cleaning chemicals

Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing,

Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
