We are seeking a skilled Facilities Operations Specialist to support restaurant locations by ensuring all facilities are well-maintained, safe, and operating efficiently. This role involves performing routine repairs and preventive maintenance. Responsibilities:

Perform minor electrical, plumbing, and mechanical repairs

Clean HVAC/exhaust systems and distribution grilles

Repair drywall and tile as needed

Conduct preventive maintenance on restaurant equipment

Replace light bulbs and troubleshoot lighting issues

Perform after-hours pressure washing and painting

Maintain outdoor grounds, patios, and assist with landscaping projects

Identify and report maintenance issues beyond the technician’s scope

Responsibilities:

Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent, a current valid driver's license, and clean driving record

3-5 years of experience with food service equipment, HVAC/R, appliances, power tools, and plumbing

Licensed HVAC technician

Service Channel experience preferred but not required

Flexibility for AM and PM shifts, weekends, and holidays

Ability to travel within the local DFW area as needed

Must be able to work independently without direct supervision

Physical requirements: ability to lift up to 100 pounds; also requires walking, bending, stooping, balancing, crawling, and reaching for extended periods
