As a Facilities Team Lead, you will be expected to:

Lead and manage the Facilities team

Oversee physical asset management and security programs

Facility Maintenance Execution

Lead the team with facility Vendor Selection

Proactive Location Support

Organizing paperwork, documents, and computer-based information

Using a variety of software packages such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and other internal system

This position is located in the Grand Forks Corporate Office.

The ideal applicant will have:

• 1 or more years of experience leading and managing a team
• Great attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects at the same time.
• Desire to provide a fantastic customer experience
