    Key Responsibilities:

    Facilities Management

    Daily Operations: Ensure all facilities are safe and functional.

    Vendor Coordination: Manage maintenance, repairs, and improvements.

    Budget Management: Track expenses and implement cost-effective solutions.

    Policy Development: Create and enforce facility policies and emergency response plans.

    Regulatory Compliance: Conduct regular inspections to meet OSHA standards and local building codes.

    Tenant Relations: Act as the primary contact for facility and tenant-related issues, fostering community engagement through events and activities.

    Event Management

    Event Planning: Organize and execute company events, including meetings, conferences, and social gatherings.

    Client Management: Oversee event space reservations and logistics for external clients.

    Seamless Execution: Manage event setup, breakdown, and address any issues to ensure a flawless experience.

    Post-Event Evaluation: Gather feedback to continuously improve event quality.

    Sales & Marketing: Actively promote event rental space, follow up on leads, and maximize revenue.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Event Planning, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 3 years of experience in facilities management and/or event management.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software (e.g., Eventective).
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
    • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends based on event schedules.
