At Paul Davis Restoration, we are a leader in property damage emergency services, and we’re seeking a dedicated Facilities and Fleet Supervisor to help manage and maintain our facilities, fleet, and equipment.
What You’ll Do:
Champion and promote the vision and values of Paul Davis throughout your work
Oversee inventory, tracking, and monitoring of company assets, including fleet, equipment, small tools, etc.
Manage vendor accounts, including pricing and ordering for equipment, materials, and consumable supplies
Supervise the safety, security, and organization of the campuses and facilities, ensuring they meet "Best in Class" standards
Ensure vehicles, equipment, and facilities receive scheduled preventative maintenance
Collaborate in the oversight of health and safety compliance
Provide after-hours support as needed
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of experience in facilities and/or fleet management
Forklift experience is a plus but not required
Proficient with computers and able to type 40+ words per minute
Experience with Excel to create and manage spreadsheets
Knowledge of building systems and asset management for inventory, maintenance, and repairs
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a criminal background check
Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
