    The Facility Expansion Manager at Armorlube is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and management of all aspects of expanding a company's physical facilities, including identifying new locations, managing construction projects, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring compliance with permits and regulations, while maintaining operational continuity within existing facilities.

    Key responsibilities may include:

    Strategic Planning:

    Identifying potential expansion needs and opportunities across different locations.

    Developing comprehensive expansion plans including budget, timeline, and project scope.

    Analyzing market data and feasibility studies to determine optimal expansion locations.

    Site Acquisition:

    Negotiating lease or purchase agreements or property purchases for new facilities.

    Managing due diligence processes including environmental assessments and zoning compliance checks.

    Collaborating with legal and real estate teams to secure necessary permits and approvals.

    Construction Management:

    Overseeing construction projects from design phase to completion, including managing contractors and subcontractors.

    Monitoring project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

    Addressing construction challenges and resolving issues promptly.

    Facility Operations Integration:

    Coordinating with existing facility management teams to ensure seamless transition of new spaces.

    Planning and executing equipment relocation and installation.

    Implementing new facility maintenance procedures for the expanded space.

    Coordination of hiring Site Production leads

    Budget Management:

    Developing and managing facility expansion budgets, including capital expenditures and operational costs.

    Tracking project expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

    Compliance and Risk Management:

    Ensuring compliance with all local building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards.

    Identifying potential risks associated with expansion projects and implementing mitigation strategies.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    Strong project management skills with experience managing complex construction projects.

    Expertise in facility management practices and building codes.

    Excellent communication and negotiation skills to work with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

    Analytical and problem-solving abilities to address challenges during the expansion process.

    Financial acumen to manage project budgets and cost analysis.

    Understanding of real estate market dynamics and lease & purchase agreements
