  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    The responsibilities include but not limited to maintaining the outside and inside property, landscaping, weed control, raking leaves, shoveling snow; painting/scraping, scrubbing floors, changing light bulbs and light fixtures and other duties as assigned.

    This position also requires completing minor repairs, and it will require working in the outside elements. In this position you will also be expected to use carts, and hand trucks to move material and to drive the golf cart on campus grounds. You may also be expected to operate a Forklift, Tractor, Aerial Lift and Floor Scrubber.

    • Excellent communication skills
    • Reading a Tape Measure is a must.
    • Reliable and punctual
    • Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years’ experience working in industrial production is strongly preferred.
    • Demonstrated time-management and multi-tasking abilities.
    • Capable of reading and understanding various equipment usage documents and safety manuals
    • Physically capable of manual labor that includes lifting, bending, and reaching.
    • Ability to stand and walk for long periods up to and sometimes exceeding 10 hours.
    • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
    • Flexible schedule and willingness to work occasional overtime.
    • Must have valid driver’s license.
