ABOUT FAGOR AUTOMATION

We are part of the Mondragon Corporation, one of the world's largest employee-owned cooperatives. Fagor Automation is one of the leading providers for both CNC control systems and feedback systems (high accuracy linear and angular encoders). Our products are used internationally on various machine tools (mills, lathes, laser cutting, industrial 3D printing), scientific applications, and general automation applications.

We have three offices in North America located in Chicago, Los Angeles, and Toronto. Our headquarters is in Mondragon, Spain.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain and grow the existing customer base for CNC Systems
• Identify OEM customers requiring customized solutions and coordinate with service and management to develop and deliver appropriate solutions.
• Provide application and training support to CNC system customers.
• Introduce various Fagor products to various machine tool distributors and alternative markets (laser, plasma, waterjet, Semiconductor, additive manufacturing etc.) including product demonstration.
• Provide answers and solutions to CAD/CAM systems.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES THAT HAVE

• 5+ years selling experience in sales/distribution of any of the following: machine tools, manufacturing automation, CNC Systems, and/or drive and motor products at a regional level
• CNC Application experience – Including operation and programming of CNC machine tools is a plus.
• The candidate must be self-motivated and able to work well in a team environment. Superior organizational and time management skills along with the ability to communicate effectively, meet deadlines, and achieve results are critical.
