How ‘bout we skip right ahead to the center of the tootsie-pop? Our small business is located in Houston, TX. We are biased — but we are pretty sure we are the coolest place to work for, EVER - it’s basically like DISNEYWORLD! Who doesn’t love Disney?? Honestly, the job is not all pixie dust and mickey ears — there is some good news and there is some bad news.

Let's talk about how you MAKE MONEY in this role!

In order to make money in this role you need to be freaking awesome. If you get excited about making money via COMMISSION by selling face to face with clients, this is a great spot for you! We are big into commission and bonuses. So room for growth and big income is an option here at Fairytale Photography Studio. The hourly pay is $15/hour. The bonuses consist of commission that puts our sales team on average earning $30-75 an hour PLUS the $15/hour! But it is entirely up to you and your performance. If you are a ROCKSTAR you’ll get paid like one!

Now let’s talk about the good stuff:

1. You do NOT need to bring your own clients! Clients are scheduled for you by our amazing booking department! You just show up ready to sell!!!

2. We only need you 3-4 days per week after training! But wait - isn’t it full time? YES! You can work 3-4 days a week and STILL be full-time! Wanna take the dog for a walk with all your spare time? Or finally take that yoga class, well go ahead, we only need a few days a week from you!

3. We aren’t big on stress. So, while we will expect you to work efficiently and get things done, we focus on open communication and getting things done right the first time around.

4. The work is fun, fresh and dynamic. You will be working directly for our beloved President, Nena Metcalf to help you reach some awesome sales goals.

5. You will experience new things, do new things, and have conversations that no big stuffy company would ever allow you to do! If you like to manifest success, we’re the people for you!

Now, let’s talk about the job requirements:

1. You need to be the type of person who gets joy out of getting things done and exceeding goals and targets. Every day, you will roll up your sleeves and give our clients a stellar experience while maximizing your sales. Are you the kind of person that says “CLOSING is my LIFE!!!!’’ Did you have the most profitable lemonade stand in your neighborhood as a kid? If so - you will fit right in!

2. You need to be the type of person who is competitive with themselves. Want to always beat last week's sales numbers? Are you motivated by money, trips, incentives etc? If so - we want you!

3. You need to be a person who loves to deliver remarkable experiences to other people. You know, you need to be someone who feels good by making other people feel good.

4. You need to be someone who goes above and beyond and thinks outside the box. We are always working to better ourselves and we expect the same from you. We love hearing ideas of ways to improve, we’re team players and love collaboration.

In short, your job is to educate our clients, sell them beautiful artwork, take a payment and make sure they are getting the artwork of their dreams. And to have fun at work (who wants a job that isn’t fun?!?). Our office and team can be laid back, but we do expect professionalism and punctuality.

But what we don’t expect is perfection. We can teach you that. We expect confidence, great sales ability, intelligence, energy, and a get it done attitude. When you have questions, you will find the answers with a quick look at your resources! That’s right, we put down allllllllllllllll the questions WITH answers!!!
