    We are seeking a dedicated Family/Adult Nurse Practitioner to join a Physical Therapy and Pain Management Facility in New York, NY. This facility is committed to providing excellent care, fostering a nurturing environment for rehabilitation, and enhancing bodily mobility and stability. New graduates are welcome to apply.

    Qualifications:

    • Education: Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) or equivalent.
    • Licensure: Active State License and Board Certification required.

    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in diagnostic testing, patient care planning, and treatment administration.
    • Soft Skills: Strong communication, empathy, and teamwork abilities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform physical exams and patient observations.
    • Record patients' medical histories and symptoms.
    • Create and contribute to patient care plans.
    • Order, administer, and analyze diagnostic tests.
    • Diagnose health issues and administer treatments.
    • Monitor and modify treatment plans based on patient progress.
    • Consult with healthcare professionals and families.
    • Educate patients and families on illness management and injury prevention.
