Responsibilities: • Legislate and resolve matters related to divorce and separation, covering areas such as property division, child custody, and alimony • Maintain effective communication with clients and other relevant parties involved in legal proceedings • Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients, demonstrating strong advocacy skills • Represent clients in legal proceedings, including court hearings, trials, and depositions • Conduct comprehensive legal research and offer expert legal advice to clients • Draft a variety of legal documents, such as contracts, pleadings, briefs, and appeals Qualifications: • 1 - 5+ years of experience practicing family law • Membership and good standing in the American Bar Association • Strong negotiation and mediation skills • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities • In-depth knowledge of family law regulations and procedures • Experience in courtroom representation • Client-centered approach, demonstrated through compassion, connection, and clear communication • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic legal team Compensation: $90,000 - $175,000
