    Position Overview

    We are seeking a Licensed Therapist to join our team in Raleigh, NC. This full-time position focuses on providing community-based and in-home individual and family therapy for children, youth, adolescents, adults, and their families.     Location: Raleigh, NC

    Compensation: starting at $51,654

    • Dependent on licensure level, experience, and other factors

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Deliver community-based and in-home individual and family therapy tailored to clients' needs.
    • Assess clients' strengths and needs and assist families in planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating treatment and ancillary services.
    • Develop person-centered treatment plans and provide oversight to ensure appropriate and effective service delivery.
    • Provide clinical guidance and oversight in the development of crisis and transition plans as needed.
    • Advocate for clients, families, and natural supports within the community.
    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including treatment notes, goals, and medical records (e.g., person-centered plans and service notes).
    • Conduct a minimum of two multiple-hour therapy sessions per week per client.

    Family-Centered Treatment (FCT)

    • Maintain an average caseload of 4 to 6 youth and/or families.
    • Participate in the official FCT certification program and become fully certified within 12 months of hire.
    • Successfully complete competency-based FCT Foundation re-certification every two years.
    • Participate in weekly meetings with FCT clinicians and supervisors.
    • Complete all fidelity measures and required paperwork related to FCT.

    Requirements

    • Education: Master’s Degree in counseling, social work, or psychology.
    • Licensure: Hold a current associate or full mental health license in North Carolina (e.g., LCSW/A, LCMHC/A, LMFT).
    • Willingness to work flexible hours, including at least two evenings per week.
    • Commitment to complete 10 Continuing Education (CE) training hours annually.
