Location: Greenfield, MA with travel throughout Franklin County
Full Time
Salary: $52,249.60 - $56,513.60
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, with flexibility for occasional weekends and evenings as needed to meet program and staff support needs.
ServiceNet, a leading Human Services agency, is seeking compassionate, dedicated, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team. As a Family Empowerment Program Director, you will oversee the incoming referrals with assignment to staff specialists. You will develop new initiatives to benefit the organization and families. Maintain established partnership programs and trusted providers that are beneficial to the program, community and families served.
Key Responsibilities:
Budgets development and budget tracking.
DDS contract adherence.
Record-keeping and reporting.
Family outreach.
Staff scheduling, supervision, evaluation & training.
Public communications content. Family training programs.
Oversee the programs social & recreational offerings.
Qualifications:
Broad knowledge of a discipline such as social sciences, human services, business administration involving the use of a broad theoretical knowledge equal to a complete 4-year college education.
Over 3 years and up to and including 5 years of progressive learning experience.
Working knowledge of computer systems, programs, and applications.
Requires valid driver’s license and reliable transportation/vehicle required.
