Job Summary:The Family Enrollment Specialist plays a vital role in driving enrollment growth and creating a welcoming, customer-focused experience for prospective families at Sunshine Schools. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategies to recruit new families, increase enrollment, and enhance the overall bottom line. With a strong focus on sales, customer service, and the unique Sunshine experience, the ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with exceptional communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
Job Responsibilities
This position is commission-based, rewarding performance and success in meeting enrollment goals. Key Responsibilities:
• Actively recruit prospective families through strategic outreach, community events, and relationship-building activities.
• Meet or exceed enrollment targets and contribute to the financial success of Sunshine Schools.
• Convert inquiries and leads into enrolled families by showcasing the value of Sunshine Schools’ programs and services.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to all potential and existing families, embodying the Sunshine experience.
• Conduct engaging tours of the facility, clearly communicating the school’s offerings, philosophy, and benefits.
• Address questions and concerns promptly and professionally to build trust and rapport.
• Maintain consistent and timely follow-up with prospective families through calls, emails, and meetings.
• Build lasting relationships to ensure satisfaction and foster referrals.
• Monitor and manage leads using a CRM system or database, keeping records organized and up to date.
• Represent Sunshine Schools at local community events and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and attract new families.
• Establish partnerships with local businesses and organizations to drive enrollment.
• Track and report enrollment data, inquiries, and conversions to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to identify opportunities for growth and implement best practices. Qualifications:
Job Requirements
Proven experience in sales, customer service, or admissions (preferably in the education or childcare sector).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships.
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, lead tracking, or similar tools is a plus.
