    • Job description / duties? 
    • Locale / Locales? Chalmette, LA & Luling, LA
    • Reason for opening? (adding or replacing)? Replacing provider @ Chalmette and adding provider @ Luling
    • Joining other providers? (if so, how many)? STB has 1 physician and 3 NPs and STC has 1 physician, 1 pediatrician ,and 2 NPs
    • Days / hours / shifts / weekend / call? Monday-Thursday 8am-4:30pm and Friday 8am-12pm both sites (telephone call once ~every 10 weeks)
    • Comp range? $218,000-$230,000 DOE
    • Any bonus structure? Not at this time
    • Adults only? 16+years at both sites
    • EMR? Athena
    • Patients a day? 18-20
    • Relo allowance / Sign on for the right candidate? Relocation expenses yes, no separate sign on due to placement fee.
    • Will you look at 2025 grads? Yes, definitely
    • Are you able to look at solid J1 or H1B visa candidates with interest/ties to your area? Not at this time.
