Responsibilities: • Conduct legal research and analysis on family law cases to provide well-informed advice and strategies to clients. • Represent clients in family court proceedings, including hearings, mediation, and trials, ensuring their rights and interests are protected. • Draft legal documents such as petitions, motions, and agreements, with meticulous attention to detail and adherence to legal procedures. • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel professionally and effectively to maintain strong working relationships and advance cases. • Stay current on family law developments and procedural changes to continuously improve legal knowledge and skills in the field.
