Our attorneys are the best at what they do. Compensation: $100,000 - $130,000 + bonuses + great benefits AND a Generous Signing Bonus! Responsibilities: • Craft and implement detailed case strategies to achieve the best outcomes for clients navigating family law matters. • Supervise and approve all legal documentation prepared by support staff to ensure accuracy and compliance. • Participate in mediations, depositions, and negotiations to facilitate settlements between parties effectively. • Promptly handle and respond to discovery requests in a timely and efficient manner. • Advocate on behalf of clients in various legal proceedings like status conferences and motion hearings with dedication. • Draft essential legal paperwork including parenting plans, settlement agreements, and final orders as needed for each case. • Conduct thorough legal research to strengthen arguments and support case strategies effectively. • Maintain open and transparent communication with clients throughout the legal process to ensure their understanding and involvement. Qualifications: • The ideal candidate should have a strong background in practicing family law, particularly in metro Atlanta, GA. • Proficiency in conducting legal research and possessing exceptional legal writing skills are essential qualifications for this role. • Candidates must demonstrate traits such as confidence, attention to detail, self-motivation, and strong leadership capabilities. • A compassionate and accountable approach, along with a willingness to continuously learn and grow, is highly valued. • The ability to develop and execute comprehensive case strategies tailored to achieve optimal outcomes for clients is a key requirement. • Candidates should be capable of handling a diverse range of cases, from straightforward uncontested divorces to complex contested cases involving children and assets. • Trial experience is highly valued. • Organized individuals who can effectively manage deadlines and prioritize caseload responsibilities will thrive in this position.
