Responsibilities: • Craft and implement detailed case strategies to achieve the best outcomes for clients navigating family law matters. • Supervise and approve all legal documentation prepared by support staff to ensure accuracy and compliance. • Participate in mediations, depositions, and negotiations to facilitate settlements between parties effectively. • Promptly handle and respond to discovery requests in a timely and efficient manner. • Advocate on behalf of clients in various legal proceedings like status conferences and motion hearings with dedication. • Draft essential legal paperwork including parenting plans, settlement agreements, and final orders as needed for each case. • Conduct thorough legal research to strengthen arguments and support case strategies effectively. • Maintain open and transparent communication with clients throughout the legal process to ensure their understanding and involvement.
