Our law firm is looking for a Fierce Advocate to join our team. We need a full-time Family Law Associate Attorney with a desire to fight for clients! You will be the first chair on multiple cases with the support of our entire Family Law Team. You will be responsible for performing legal research, drafting documents, appearing in court, and keeping clients up to date. We’ll provide the training and resources to help you flourish in your role in a tight-knit, supportive, and passionate team. You must be able to work well with others. Responsibilities: As an Experienced Family Lawyer, your key duties will include: • Representing clients in all aspects of family law, including divorce, child custody, support, and adoption matters. • Drafting, reviewing, and filing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, agreements, and correspondence. • Leading the discovery process, including depositions, interrogatories, and collecting evidence. • Regularly communicating with clients, providing legal advice, and keeping them updated on case progress. • Preparing cases for hearings, trials, mediations, and settlement conferences. • Maintaining strict confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in all matters. • Collaborating with paralegals and support staff to ensure smooth case management. Qualifications: • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and admission to the Oklahoma Bar. • Strong knowledge of Oklahoma family law, including divorce, custody, support, and adoption proceedings. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly to clients. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases effectively. • A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. • 1-5 Years Experience. Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000 yearly + Benefits
