Responsibilities: • Represent clients in various family court proceedings, ensuring their interests are well-advocated for • Provide guidance and supervision to paralegals, law clerks, and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations • Thrive in high-pressure situations, demonstrating excellence and composure • Manage Order for Protection (OFP) and Harassment Restraining Order (HRO) hearings effectively Qualifications: • Must hold an active Minnesota bar license and possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in practicing law in the state • Should have a minimum of 2 years of dedicated experience in family law practice • Demonstrated expertise in handling various family law matters with regular appearances in court • Strong professional reputation and high ethical standards are essential • Fluency in Spanish, while not mandatory, is highly preferred Compensation: $90,000 - $130,000 yearly
