Experience Requirements - Family Law Attorney
- A minimum of five (5) years of Florida family law litigation experience
- Or: 2-3 years of Florida litigation (required), coupled with 1-2 years of family law experience
Responsibilities - Family Law Attorney
- Provide practical and accurate legal analysis, strategy, and representation in family law cases.
- Effective court appearances, hearings, motions, and mediation skills.
- Settlement negotiation skills.
- Skilled negotiation and communication skills, particularly in stressful and emotional situations.
- Work closely with partners, paralegals, legal assistants and other staff to ensure swift and effective action through the litigation process.
- Adept with client management, discovery, drafting pleadings, hearings, mediations, depositions, phone conferences, research, and professional correspondence/email communications.
Compensation
- Compensation is according to experience level, writing ability, legal background, references and academic achievements. Base salary range: $90,000-140,000 annually, plus progressive incentive compensation options to reach your overall financial goals.
