Responsibilities: • Providing exceptional customer service to potential new clients (PNCs), addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner. • Building and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals. • Managing client communications, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings. • Collaborating with attorneys, paralegals, and other staff members to ensure client needs are met and services are delivered effectively. Qualifications: • Practicing Attorney in Family Law (preferred) or Civil Litigation. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications, including Clio and Dropbox; ability to quickly learn applications. Physical Requirements: • May have prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. • Walking around the office, may stand for periods of time. • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. • Business professional dress/attire. Compensation: $95,000 - $125,000 plus bonus
