Responsibilities: • The ideal candidate should have prior experience in family law to be considered for this position. • Proficiency in drafting legal documents such as petitions, orders, and discovery is required. • Creativity, organization, and efficiency are crucial for handling the complexities of family law cases. • Attention to detail is a must to avoid costly mistakes for clients. • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines is essential. • Demonstrating empathy and providing support to clients experiencing high levels of stress is important. • Familiarity with practice management and drafting software is necessary. • Maintaining accurate time records and being tech-savvy are key aspects of this role. • The candidate should be self-sufficient and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. • Continuous learning and a growth mindset are valued qualities in our team members. Qualifications: • You MUST have prior family law experience. Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 yearly - commensurate with experience
