Responsibilities: • Communicate effectively with clients and maintain organized case files • Prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and other necessary paperwork • Coordinate court appearances and meetings efficiently • Assist with administrative duties as required • Demonstrate strong research and organizational skills • Possess excellent written and verbal communication abilities • Utilize legal software and research tools proficiently • Work both independently and collaboratively with a team Qualifications: • Experience in family law is required, with a focus on divorce, child custody, CHINS/DCS, and protective orders • Familiarity with prenuptial agreements, divorce, child support, and paternity matters is essential • Ability to navigate sensitive legal issues and advocate in stressful situations • Proven track record of success in assisting clients with family law matters Compensation: $50,000 dependent on experience
