A highly-regarded and innovative law firm specializing in family law is seeking a talented and experienced Family Law Paralegal to join their dynamic team. This firm is known for its client-centric approach and commitment to providing exceptional legal services in a supportive and collaborative environment. In this role you'll be providing comprehensive support to family law attorneys by conducting legal research, document drafting, court filings, and scheduling. Other key responsibilities include client interaction, case management, and administrative support.

Title: Family Law Paralegal

Location: Hybrid in Raleigh, NC

Duration: Full-Time, direct-hire

Base Salary: $85,000 - $95,000

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience as a Family Law Paralegal in North Carolina
• Certified Paralegal by the North Carolina State Bar
• Strong research and writing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working through Chatham, Lee and Wake County courts and understanding of Divorce from Bed and Board (DBB) are pluses
