We are a private Family Law firm seeking an experienced paralegal. We are looking for someone who exhibits the utmost in professionalism, works cooperatively with other staff, and enjoys working independently. An ideal candidate must be a highly organized self-starter who can interface with clients and professionals from other offices and organizations.

Required Qualifications:

Certified Paralegal in the state of California

3+ years of experience in a Family Law Firm

Thorough understanding of judicial council forms and supporting documents

Computer literacy and proficiency

Strong writing and typing skills

Preparation and organization of case pleadings, notes, and legal documents

Knowledge of trial preparation, trial briefs, exhibit organization, and setting up trial books

Knowledge of discovery, discovery motions, and preparing outgoing discovery

Knowledge of local practices, court forms, rules, and filing procedures

Ability to maintain attorney calendar and schedule

Ability to multi-task with accuracy

Salary Dependent on experience.
