Are you passionate about family law? Do you enjoy duking it out in the courtroom? Do you love sticking up for the underdog and helping clients and families get through the divorce process so they can move on to a better life? If so, this might be the job for you! The Maine Divorce Group (MDG) is looking for a skilled litigator in the courtroom who’s eager to dive into complex cases, handle contested divorce hearings, and advocate for clients in high-stakes situations. We’re seeking a dynamic advocate who thrives on both the complexities and rewards of family law. If you love working with clients, strategizing for depositions, and balancing courtroom advocacy with negotiation. If this type of work sounds right up your alley, then this is the place for you! Come join a real legal team filled with talented attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff all working to support each other and the client matters they're working on. We have a great time inside the office, in the courtroom, and outside of the office, too. Sometimes you'll find us coming together for a Friday night at the Porthole, or maybe it's a night out for dinner on the Firm to continue building that esprit de corps. Either way, we believe in working hard and playing hard, too. If you don't like to do both, then maybe this isn't the right job for you.
