Expanding outpatient Primary Care practice with 10 clinic locations.  Hospital employed. Flexible work schedule options, including week on/week off OR block schedule (28 days x 10 hour shifts), OR 3-5 days with 8hour/10hour/12hour shifts.   Max of 1:3 light phone call.  Established practice group with experienced providers and support staff.

Requirements:

• BE/BC Family Medicine
• OH license, or eligible

Compensation:

• Total compensation package (up to $350k)
• Guaranteed base salary
