By opening your home, you would be able to provide constant care 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, and would receive compensation on a tax-free/tax-exempt basis as an Independent Contractor with Salim Homes Residential Services
Salim Homes Residential Services, LLC. specializes in providing services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our focus is on providing each individual a community support system that facilitates and inspires their growth and development, along with fostering their sense of independence. We are able to do this by working with families that want to be Family Model Providers and are willing to open up their homes to individuals we serve.
The simple act of caring is heroic. It is not an easy task by any means to be a caretaker, especially to someone with intellectual, developmental, and/or physical disabilities. Sometimes this career can be thankless, however, the differences you make for that person, whether small or large, can play a huge part in their life.
Why choose us?

We aim to be constantly improving in our industry to ensure that our staff is adequately trained and have the tools accessible to them in order to succeed.
