Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Participate in preventative care, chronic disease management, and patient education
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) and follow best practices in patient care

Schedule & Shift Details:

• Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
• 1:5 beeper call rotation
